Foot & Ankle Injury Assessment & Rehabilitation

Foot & Ankle Injury Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation Plan

£99
For heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, ankle injuries and persistent foot or lower-limb problems. The first job is to work out what is irritated, why it hasn’t settled and what needs to change. We’ll take a detailed history, assess the painful area, look at relevant movement and strength, explain what we think is happening and provide treatment during the appointment. You’ll also leave with an individual rehabilitation plan.

Conditions We Commonly Assess

  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
  • Achilles tendon pain
  • Ankle sprains and instability
  • Posterior tibial tendon pain
  • Peroneal tendon pain
  • Forefoot and metatarsal pain
  • Running and walking-related injuries
  • Persistent pain following previous injury

Our Rehabilitation Approach

We’re big believers in active rehabilitation. Sometimes pain needs settling first, but long-term recovery usually means rebuilding strength and capacity and gradually returning to the activities that matter to you. Treatment starts at your initial appointment and supports the rehabilitation process rather than replacing it.

The aim is to help you progress, not keep you dependent on treatment.
