- We discuss your concerns, symptoms and relevant medical history.
- We assess the skin, nails and any painful areas.
- We treat the problem during the same appointment.
- We explain what is causing it, how to reduce the chance of it returning and whether anything else needs to be done.

£25 per month
For patients who need regular ongoing foot care.
Membership includes:
- Routine podiatry every six weeks
- Priority booking for regular appointments
- Two emergency drop-in appointments each year
- 20% off all Footfall Health treatment packages

Any relevant footwear, orthotics, scan reports, referral letters or medication information.
Will treatment hurt?
Most routine podiatry treatment is comfortable. If anything is likely to cause discomfort, we’ll explain it first.
Do you treat diabetic patients?
Yes. Contact us promptly if you have an active wound, sudden redness, swelling or another urgent foot problem.
What if I need toenail surgery?
We’ll treat the nail conservatively during your appointment and explain why surgery may offer a better long-term solution if required.
