Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation Services
Clear prices. Thorough assessment. Treatment from your first appointment. Practical rehabilitation.
Sports therapy isn’t only for sports injuries. We see gym injuries, work-related problems, persistent aches and pains and people simply trying to get back to normal activity.

Initial Sports Injury Assessment & Treatment
£60 | 60 minutes
The right starting point for a new injury, persistent pain or a problem that hasn’t settled as expected. Your appointment includes a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of what we think is going on, hands-on treatment and the first stage of your rehabilitation programme.

Sports Therapy Follow-Up
£40 | 40 minutes
For existing patients continuing an agreed rehabilitation plan. Every follow-up includes treatment alongside reviewing progress, reassessing the problem and progressing your rehabilitation programme. For a new problem, book the initial assessment.

30-Minute Sports Massage
£30 | 30 minutes
A focused treatment for one main area such as the calves, hamstrings, shoulders or upper back. Best suited to muscular tightness, recovery and maintenance rather than a new or unexplained injury.

60-Minute Sports Massage
£50 | 60 minutes
More time for several areas or a longer treatment. Ideal if you train regularly, have widespread muscular tightness or simply prefer a more comprehensive session.
